Absolutely. Since it's completely private, we go at your pace. We'll explain everything from how to use the gear to how to move in the water. Perfect for nervous swimmers and families with children.

Boarding is OK from age 0. Snorkeling from about age 4. Intro diving: ages 10–54. Fun diving: C-card holders only.

We've had many families with babies as young as 7 months. The boat has a restroom for comfort on longer trips. Please tell us your child's age in advance.

Life jackets are provided, so even non-swimmers can enjoy snorkeling safely. On the skin diving (free diving) plan only, life jackets are not worn — buoyancy makes it impossible to descend — and safety is secured with the buddy system and a large float kept on the surface beside you. A life jacket is available on request.

Yes. Dogs are welcome on every plan at no extra charge. The boat is entirely yours, so there is nobody else to worry about, and you can play in the sea together. Please bring a dog life jacket — we do not lend them, and without one your dog cannot enter the water. Depending on sea conditions or your dog's condition, our captain may decline to take the dog on board or into the water.

Bring a dog life jacket; we do not lend them. At check-in we will ask you to confirm that your dog's annual rabies vaccination is up to date and that it has never bitten a person or another animal. You remain responsible for supervising your dog at all times, on board and in the water, and for cleaning up after it. Some islands and beaches we visit may not permit animals.

From November 2026 through March 2027 we are not taking bookings for our boat marine tours or for try/fun diving. We operate as usual until the end of October, and bookings from April 2027 onwards are open on our booking calendar. Skin diving remains available throughout this period.

For families and couples, we strongly recommend the 3-hour plan. The 2-hour plan only allows a brief island stop, while the 3-hour plan gives plenty of time for both snorkeling and SUP.

The Tsuken Island area is the main focus of the 6-hour plan. The 4-hour plan may include it depending on the day's sea conditions and requests. Safety always comes first.See the 6-Hour Plan →

From late June — right after the rainy season — through summer is the sweet spot for both sea conditions and visibility. Many repeat guests come back at this time every year. We run tours year-round, so feel free to ask about availability.

7–3 days before: 50%. 2 days before to same day: 100%. Cancellations due to bad weather (operator decision) are free.

A towel, a change of clothes, a drink, and sunscreen (towels can also be lent). Please arrive already wearing your swimsuit. We provide all gear (life jacket, snorkel set, fins). There are no lockers, so please keep valuables in your car.

Cafe raise244. in Hamahiga Island, Uruma City. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure in your swimsuit. Parking for ~15 cars.

No. After meeting at the cafe you drive your own car to the port, with our staff car leading the way, so you will not get lost. The tour ends at the port.

Yes, but the shower and changing room are at Cafe raise244., the meeting point — the port only has a public toilet. Since the tour ends at the port, please drive back to the cafe if you would like to shower. We recommend bringing your own towel, and we can lend you one if needed.

Rain alone does not cancel the tour. We review conditions when waves exceed 1.5m or winds exceed 10m/s. Wave warnings = cancelled (no fee).

On all snorkel and diving plans, we capture footage with GoPro and Insta360 — all provided free of charge.
